Hello,
This is the A-C Central School District calling.
We will have an early dissmissal tomorrow, Friday the 18th of February: 11:10 for the Elementary and 11:30 for the Jr./Sr. High School.
There is no school on this coming Monday the 21st of February for President's Day.
Also, there will be a public information meeting about consolidation at 6:30 P.M. on Monday, the 21st of February in Chandlerville.

Hello,
This is the A-C Central School District calling to inform the community that a boil order has been issued for Ashland.
We ask that Jr./Sr. High school students bring bottled water tomorrow if possible.
Also, a reminder that we will have an early dismissal this Friday, the 18th of February 2011. The Jr./Sr. High School will dismiss at 11:30 - the Elementary at 11:10am. This is for a school improvement day.

Hello,
This is the A-C Central school district calling.
We will be having an early out tomorrow Thursday the 10th of February 2011 at 2:11 pm for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
We will also not have student attendance on Friday the 11th of February 2011 once again for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
Senior Night for both girls and boys basketball will be held Tuesday the 15th of February 2011 in Ashland.
The Booster Club will also be having a soup supper and pack-the-place night with the biddy basketball game from 5:00 to 5:45 and at half time of the girls game.
Details of these events are available at the district website, under the ACV Athletic Boosters link on the left side of the screen.
Also, the ACV Athletic Boosters will be sponsoring a Valentine Dinner this Sunday, the 13th of February from 11am to 3pm at the A-C Central High School Cafeteria. Treat your valentine to a steak or grilled chicken dinner! More information on this event is available at the district website, under the ACV Athletic Boosters link on the left side of the screen.

We plan to run regular bus routes on Monday the 7th of February 2011.
We ask parents to please call school bus cell phones to alert the drivers to special instructions due to heavy snow, drifts, and other road hazards caused by the snow.
The school bus phone numbers are located on our webpage under the Central Office menu on the right side of the screen.
If your child will not be riding the bus on Monday -- please alert the driver to this as well.
We are so thankful for your cooperation and assistance to assure safe passage to school.

This is the A-C Central school district calling to inform you that we will NOT hold regular school session tomorrow, Friday the 4th of February 2011.
Due to continued transporation and temperature concerns, such as below zero temperatures and several impassable country roads, student attendance tomorrow has been excused.
School offices will be open, as will the buildings in general. All staff will be able to work in their rooms.
Also, congratulations to A-C Central High School! For the 2nd year in a row, they have received an Academic Improvement Award which recognizes great strides in academic test scores. Congratulations to the staff and teachers!
