Hello, this is the A-C Central school district calling with important reminders:
There will be a Committee of Ten meeting tonight in Chandlerville at 7:00pm.
We will have an early out tomorrow: 1:50 for Elementary and 2:11 for Middle and High School.
Veterns Day recognition will be held at the High School building at 8:20am on Thursday, November 11th.
A public hearing regarding consolidation will be held on Tuesday, November 16th at 7:00pm at Virginia City Hall.
Thanksgiving Break: Early dismissal on Tuesday, November 23rd: 1:50 for Elementary & 2:11 for Middle and High School. No School Wednesday, November 24th through Friday, November 26th. Classes will resume on Monday, November 29th.

Hello, this is the A-C Central school district calling to congratulate the High School Volleyball Team for winning Regionals!
Support them by attending the Sectional Match at 7:00 P.M. at Routt tomorrow night: November 2nd.
Also please note that the Elementary's Family Reading Night is this Thursday, November 4th from 6:30-7:30pm at the Chandlerville building.

Hello, this is the A-C Central school district calling with the following:
Tonight the PTO will sponsor a Soup Dinner beginning at 5:00 p.m. at the Elementary School in Chandlerville. The High School Band will play at this event, as well. All children in the A-C Central School District are invited to participate in a parade at tonight's event: the parade begins at 6:30.
The High School Volleyball Regional Championship Game against Routt will be played tomorrow at New Berlin at 1:00 p.m.

Hello, this is the A-C Central school district calling with two important announcements:
Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, October 21st from 4-8PM and on Friday, October 22nd from 8AM-noon. School will dismiss @ 2:11 on the 21st and there will be no school on Friday the 22nd.
Please note that NO country OR town routes will be run in Ashland on Friday for Pre-K students.All Ashland Pre-K students will need to be brought to Circle Dr. by 7:25 AM.
Conference times were scheduled for all students in grades K-6. Parents of students in grades 7 through 12 were mailed a letter only if a conference was requested by their teachers. Teachers will be available during conference times. Keep in mind that Thursday evening, especially in the middle school, will be extremely busy and there may be a wait.

Hello, this is the A-C Central school district calling to remind everyone of the following:
Volley-for-the-Cure: the breast cancer awareness volleyball match, will be held on Tuesday, October 12th. Boosters will be hosting a dinner starting at 5:00 PM and there will be several raffles. Survivors will be admitted free. The reserve match starts at 5:00 PM and the JV match starts at 6:15 PM with the Varsity match following. All proceeds from the night will go to breast cancer research. Please come out to support our volleyball teams and remember to wear pink in honor of breast cancer awareness.

Hello, this is the A-C Central School District calling with the following information:
There will be no school on this Friday or Monday. That is October 8th or October 11th.
October 8th is a teacher institute day. Also there will be no electricity for some time in the middle and high school on Friday, October 8th due to the continuing contrstuction projects. October 11th is Columbus Day.
Pre-K will be in session on Friday though no Ashland country routes will run in the morning. Please bring your child to Circle Drive.
Don't forget our Volley for the Cure on Tuesday, October 12th.
Be sure that your lunch money is current!
There will be a Committee of 10 meeting on October 13th at 7:00 PM in the Virginia School District Unit office.
