The PORTA Booster Club has decided to include AC students this year in the PORTA JR POM PON SQUAD.

Participation is open for all girls grades 3rd thru 6th. They will perform at halftime during the varsity football game on Friday Sept 2nd. Practices will be at Central after school on Monday Aug 29 thru Thurs Sept 1 until 5:00. We will walk to the High School track on WEDNESDAY to practice on the football field. Cost will be $25 per girl. This will cover the cost of Poms and a T-shirt which the girls will wear during the performance on Friday night. The High school Pom squad will teach the girls one dance routine for the half time show and if time allows the school song to perform at the start of the game. THE GIRLS MUST ATTEND THE WEDNESDAY PRACTICE IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO PERFORM AT THE GAME FRIDAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. This will be the only time the girls will be able to be on the field to practice. THey must know where they will be positioned on the field.
