Pre-K Holiday Program & PTO Christmas Store |

Good evening. This is an important message for all elementary parents.
The Pre-K holiday program family night is tomorrow, Thursday, December 13th at 6:30 PM in the Chandlerville gym. Students should be taken to their classroom no earlier than 6:15 PM. There will be chairs set up for audience to sit in and the students will be performing on the risers on the stage so everyone will be able to see them.
Also, the PTO Christmas store will be set up in the cafeteria before the program starting at 5:00 PM and after the program until 8:00 PM. NO shopping will be allowed during the Pre-K program from 6:30 – 7:00 PM. The store will be open for EVERYONE to come to the school to shop, even if you do not have a pre-k student in the program.

Middle & High School Concert, High School Girls Basketball Game |

Good evening. This message contains several important reminders for all A-C Parents.
The Middle School Winter Concert including 5th – 8th grades is tomorrow, Tuesday, December 11th beginning at 7:00 PM in the gym at the Ashland building. Students should be in their seats by 6:40 PM.
The High School Winter Concert is Wednesday, December 12th also beginning at 7:00 PM in the gym at the Ashland building. Students should be in their seats by 6:45 PM.
There are some extra items from the high school band fruit & nut fundraiser that will be sold at both concerts. It will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
The high school girls basketball team will play at A-C on Thursday, December 13th. The JV game begins at 6:15 PM with the Varsity team playing after.

Elementary Winter Concert, PTO Christmas Store, Post Prom Dinner |

Good evening. This is an important reminder for elementary parents.
The elementary winter concert is tomorrow, Thursday, December 7th at 6:30 PM in the gym at the Ashland building. Students should meet their teachers in the cafeteria by 6:10 PM. The kids have been working really hard learning and practicing their songs so we hope to see everyone there!
The PTO Kids Christmas Store will be open before the concert starting at 5:00 PM and after the concert until 8:00 PM. NO shopping will be allowed during the concert. This is a very fun way for the students to be able to shop for Christmas gifts for their loved ones.
The POST PROM committee is also hosting a dinner before the concert beginning at 5:00 PM and ending at 6:15 PM. The menu is Chili or soup, hot dogs, dessert and drinks.
Also, there is an early dismissal on Friday, December 7th for an SIP day. The elementary will dismiss at 11:05 / 11:10 AM and the middle and high school will dismiss at 11:30 AM.
We hope to see everyone tomorrow night to enjoy good food and entertainment!

FFA Auction, Post Prom Dinner |

Good Evening. This is an important message for all A-C Central parents. There are several events coming up this week that we would like to remind you of.
The FFA Labor Auction is tomorrow, Wednesday, November 28th. It begins at 6:00 PM in the gym. The FFA alumni group will also be sponsoring a dinner that will start at 5:30 PM.
Also, the post prom committee will be sponsoring a pork chop dinner on Friday, November 30th from 5-7 PM in the cafeteria at Ashland prior to the Porta/A-C boys basketball game vs. Havana.
