Good Evening. This is an important message to all high school students that live in Chandlerville. If you are a high school student from Chandlerville that lives in town or usually catches the bus to go to school at the elementary school, you will now be leaving earlier on bus 3-10. The time for these students at the Cottage Ave. bus stop will be 6:55 AM and the bus will pick up at the school at 7:00 AM. Please be sure to be prompt to ensure the bus runs on time. This bus will drop the students off at the Ashland building at 7:30 AM. This is the same time that the Ashland students riding a bus arrive at the school, so there will be supervision. We are doing this in an effort to make the bus ride less crowded in the most cost-effective way. Thank you so much for your cooperation and understanding this year with this busing situation.

Good afternoon. This is an important message for all A-C parents.
There will NOT be school this Friday, October 5th. It is a Teacher In-service Day. Also, there will NOT be school on Monday, October 8th in observance of Columbus Day. We hope the students enjoy their 4-day weekend!
Also, the Kindergarten through 5th grade students are participating in a fundraiser for PTO. They are selling only pizzas through Isabell’s Frozen Pizza out of Carlinville. This is a different company than was used last year and this company only sells pizza products. We hope you will enjoy this product as we think it’s a great one. Students who sold the pizza’s will pick them up on Monday, October 29th at the Chandlerville Halloween Parade held in the elementary gym and will then deliver them to those who purchased.

Good afternoon. This is an important message concerning the Junior High Baseball and Softball games scheduled for today.
Both the softball and baseball games are cancelled for this afternoon. They are practicing.
The softball girls will practice from 3:45 – 5:15 PM. They will return to Ashland at 6:00 and Chandlerville at 6:30 PM
The baseball boys will practice from 3:45 – 5:30 PM. They will return to Ashland at 6:00 PM.

Good evening. Please remember that there is an early dismissal tomorrow, Friday August 31st. The Early Childhood, Pre-K and Elementary dismisses at 11:05/11:10 AM and the Middle & High School dismisses at 11:30 AM. There will be NO afternoon pre-k class tomorrow Friday, August 31st.
Also, there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 3rd in observance of Labor Day.
Parents of Middle & High School Students: You will be receiving a sign-off sheet for your student’s laptop; please be sure to review and sign it with your student and return it to the school.
