Help Desk Information

  • If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please submit a help desk ticket by performing the following steps:

     

    1. Go to https://a-ccentral.freshdesk.com/support/home .
    2. Click "SIGN UP" at the top-right of the page.
    3. Enter in your name a school email address in the boxes below.
    4. Select "I'm not a robot" and then "REGISTER".
    5. Wait to receive your activation email.   This may take up to 24hrs before the email is received.   
    6. Once the activation email is received, click on the link inside the email's contents.
    7. Choose a password and then click "ACTIVATE AND LOG IN".
    8. Once signed in click on "New Support Ticket".
      1. Give a subject and description.
    9. Click on "Submit".
