Our senior student of the month for February is Gavin Arthalony. Gavin is the son of Colin and Alicia Arthalony. He is described by his teachers as a good student who is courteous, responsible and polite. Gavin tries to hide under the radar because he doesn’t like attention; however his work is always impeccable and school work comes natural to him. Gavin is a leader on the basketball court as well as in the classroom. He is a joy to have in class, communicates well with adults and is respectful to everyone he encounters. Gavin’s overall attitude and kindness to all shows daily. We are proud to call Gavin an A-C Central Knight!
The 8th grade student of the month for February is Maddi Cave. Maddi is the daughter of Mike Cave and Erica Watkins. Maddi is described as a positive hard working student who always strives for success. Maddi is always eager to help her fellow students and is willing to volunteer. Maddi is involved in the Student Council where she serves as the 8th grade representative. Maddi is also involved in both softball and volleyball. We are proud to call Maddi an A-C Central Knight!
Multiple A-C Central students participated in the Tri-County Honor Concert Band and Honor Jazz Band last week. 105 students were selected to perform from area schools under the direction of Dr. Darrell Brown from Bradley University. The students involved made great music, described their experience as inspiring, informative, and fun, and represented A-C with pride.

Our senior student of the month for January is Katelyn Gutmann. Kate is the daughter of Kent and Karen Gutmann. She is described by her teachers as a responsible hard working student that has a clear moral gauge and direction. Kate is mature, polite and conscientious with homework. She is always willing to lend a helping hand. Kate is also involved in many extra curricular activities including Cheerleading, FFA and Beta Club to name a few. We are proud to call Kate an A-C Central Knight!
